Shipping policy

Most of crybunni's products are hand-sewn, and all products are handmade and/or hand-assembled. This means longer processing times.

Items can take UP-TO 9 weeks to be made and shipped. Most orders are usually made and shipped within 3 weeks.

Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is entirely out of our hands. Any shipping issues can be taken up with the shipping carrier.
