Ordering
When you place an order, it can take up to 9 weeks to ship out. All items are made to order which is the reason for this longer processing time. Orders CAN ship sooner and usually do, but orders can take up to 9 weeks to get made and shipped out.
You will be charged when you place the order. If you have a transaction that didn't go through, or your card was declined, you may see a pending charge on your bank account - this will go away!
Tracking orders
When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking information. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking to update, so please be patient.
You can also log in to your customer account and view/track your order.
Changes/cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP so we can discuss it. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. Crybunni does not offer cancellations, everything is final sale so please double-check your order before placing it. I can change the order items by switching out one item for another if it is the same price, or change the size, color, etc. I will not change the order if it changes the price.
Shipping (USA)
Shipping time depends on your location. It usually takes about 2-7 business days. We use USPS for our free shipping option. We do offer the option to upgrade your shipping for faster service at checkout. Changing the shipping option will NOT change crybunni's made-to-order processing times.
Problem with order
Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged item, etc. Reply to your confirmation email with what the problem is and include pictures if applicable. We'll take care of you to the best of our ability!
We offer Route package protection on orders, so we are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. If you added Route, you would reach out to them directly in the instructions they provided. If you do not have Route, you would file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. You are responsible for any lost packages and claims, because we offer insurance we do not replace lost packages. Once the package is at or dropped off at the post office, any shipping issues are out of my control and I recommend contacting the shipping carrier.
Returns (USA)
All items are final sale. No returns will be issued. You can contact crybunni via email if you have any issues with your order.
